3.4 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.
3.5 Account Approval. jill88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, or suspend any Account registration without being required to provide a reason for such decision.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account.
4.1 Confidentiality of Credentials. You undertake not to disclose your password or OTP codes to any third party, including friends, family members, or any person claiming to represent jill88. jill88 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any request for your password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
4.2 Notification of Compromise. You must notify jill88 immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, that your login credentials have been compromised, or that any unauthorized transaction has been made on your Account. 4.3 Liability for Unauthorized Access. jill88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. jill88 may, upon receiving notification of unauthorized access, temporarily freeze the Account pending investigation.
4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. jill88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP for your Account. 2FA adds a second verification step to login and withdrawal requests, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
jill88 accepts deposits from players via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and 7-Eleven (via cash-in). 5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on jill88 is Philippine Peso 50 (₱50) per transaction. The maximum single deposit is ₱500,000. These limits may be subject to variation based on payment method or player account status.
5.2 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jill88 Account are legally owned by you, are not derived from criminal activity, and are not being used in furtherance of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose. jill88 maintains the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jill88 Account balance on an instant basis under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited same-day during Philippine banking hours. 7-Eleven cash-in deposits are credited within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of successful cash-in.
5.4 Deposit Fees. jill88 does not charge fees for deposits made via the supported payment methods listed above. Any fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor are solely your responsibility.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on jill88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you attempt a deposit from a non-PHP source, currency conversion rates and associated fees applied by your payment provider are entirely outside jill88's control and responsibility.
Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances from their jill88 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
6.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso 100 (₱100) per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal amount is ₱1,000,000. Higher limits may be approved for verified VIP players upon request to jill88 support.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technologically feasible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of three (3) minutes. 6.3 KYC Verification Requirement. Withdrawals of ₱10,000 or above require successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable forms include: Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License. jill88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at its discretion.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. jill88 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC review, bonus wagering requirement compliance checks, or fraud screening. jill88 is not liable for delays attributable to the player's payment provider or Philippine banking processing times.
6.5 Right to Withhold Withdrawals. jill88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or misrepresentation of age or identity. Players under investigation for such matters will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
jill88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion and the general provisions set out in this Section.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. All deposit bonuses, free spin winnings, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") stated at the time of the promotion. A wagering requirement of, for example, ×12 means the bonus amount must be wagered twelve (12) times in eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. 8.1 Random Number Generation. jill88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for breach, jill88 may withhold and forfeit any Account balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
